Privacy policy
Updated: 12 May 2026
This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you join the Cillero waitlist. It is written in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection (LOPDGDD).
1. Data controller
- Controller: Javier Saez (individual)
- Tax ID (NIF): 43925020B
- Postal address: available on request at [email protected]
- Contact: [email protected]
2. What we collect
Only your email address, which you provide voluntarily through the waitlist form. We do not collect your name, persistent IP address, or any further browsing data.
3. Purpose
To notify you by email when our beta opens. We do not use your address for any other purpose and will not send you unsolicited promotional messages.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Recipients and processors
Emails are stored with Resend (Resend Inc., USA), acting as data processor. The international transfer is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. The site is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) under the same regime.
To measure site traffic we use Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia, EU). It is a cookieless analytics tool that produces only aggregate statistics (pageviews, traffic sources) and does not store your IP address or build individual profiles. Processing happens entirely within the European Union.
We do not share your email with any other third parties.
6. Retention
We keep your email on the waitlist until (a) we open the beta and send you the invitation, or (b) you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If you later register as a product user, the product privacy policy will apply.
7. Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection at any time by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within one month.
If you believe processing does not comply with the law, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (aepd.es).
8. Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies. Audience measurement is handled by Plausible Analytics (see section 5), which works without cookies or persistent identifiers. Because of this we do not display a cookie-consent banner.
9. Changes
We may update this policy if processing changes. For material changes we will email you in advance.
